Within 150 days after the end of each half-year, counted from the fund's fiscal year (no automatic alert: the half-year depends on each fund's fiscal year)
Semiannual
What it is
Normative Annex IV to CVM Resolution 175 requires the FIP administrator to send quotaholders, the operator of the organized market where the quotas trade, where applicable, and the CVM, every half-year and within 150 (one hundred and fifty) days after the end of the half-year, the portfolio composition, stating the quantity and type of the securities it holds (art. 29, II). The half-year is counted from the fund's fiscal year (art. 29, sole paragraph), which may end at the end of any calendar month (general part, art. 67, § 2). The dates therefore vary from fund to fund, and the obligation does not enter the automatic email alerts.
Who must comply
Administrators of FIPs.
Penalties for non-compliance
A serious violation (Normative Annex IV, art. 32) and a coercive fine for late filing; a delay of more than 60 days allows the CVM to reject new operating registrations requested by the administrator (general part, art. 9).
How Arkar automates it
The calendar lists the FIP's semiannual obligation; each fund's dates follow its own fiscal year.
