FIDC Quarterly Statement

FIDC-specific quarterly report detailing credit rights (receivables), portfolio performance and provisions.

Filing Deadline

Within 45 days after the end of the civil quarter

Frequency

Quarterly

What it is

Exclusive to FIDCs (Brazilian receivables investment funds). It details originators, assignors, average maturities, delinquency, repurchases, provisions and the subordination structure. It is filed within 45 days after the end of the civil quarter, under Art. 27, V, of Normative Annex II of CVM Resolution 175. FIDCs also file a monthly report within 15 days after month-end (Art. 27, III). Critical for investors assessing portfolio quality.

Who must comply

Administrators of FIDCs — standardized, multi-assignor, non-standardized (NP), agribusiness and the other variations.

Penalties for non-compliance

Fine, warning and, in serious cases, suspension of new fundraising.

How Arkar automates it
