What it is

Normative Annex II to CVM Resolution 175 requires the administrator to make available, monthly, to quotaholders of classes open to the general public, an account statement with: the name of the fund and, where applicable, of the class, with their CNPJ numbers; the administrator's name, address and CNPJ; the quotaholder's name; the balance and value of the quotas at the start and end of the period; the statement's issue date; and the quotaholder service channels (art. 27, II). The administrator is exempt from sending the statement to a quotaholder who expressly agrees not to receive it (art. 27, § 1). The rule sets a monthly frequency but no due day, so the obligation does not enter the automatic email alerts.

Who must comply

Fiduciary administrators of FIDC, for classes open to the general public.

Penalties for non-compliance

Breach of an administrator duty under Normative Annex II, subject to sanctioning proceedings under article 11 of Law 6,385/1976.

How Arkar automates it

The calendar lists the monthly obligation alongside the FIDC's other filings, so the statement becomes part of the month-end routine.
